Company Policies


No-call/No-show


Any client that does not cancel their appointment at least 24-48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment will incur a non-refundable $25 charge that will be added to their next appointment. After the second occurrence, the client will no longer be able to book appointments with the stylist or a non-refundable pre-payment must be made 24-48hours prior to the next appointment. This is to ensure the stylist is compensated for mishandled time slots by potential clients. 


No extra guests 

&

 No children unless being serviced


There is limited space in the salon, so we ask that no other guests come with you to your appointment. Seating is very limited. No children are allowed during the time of your appointment. 



15 minutes Grace Period


There is only a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. Once the grace period has ended, the appointment is officially cancelled and will be placed as a no call/no show appointment and  $25 non-refundable fee will be added to the next appointment.

There is now a $3 Cashapp fee for all transactions up to $200. A $5 fee will be charged for all transactions over $200.
